Business Analyst – Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Automotive Industry

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) within the automotive industry. The role focuses on driving PLM initiatives related to Product Structure and Configuration, with particular emphasis on supporting software development and verification across complex product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead PLM initiatives within Product Configuration from concept to implementation.
  • Develop and refine processes, information flows and digital solutions for managing product information across the full lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and software development teams to ensure accurate product configuration and data consistency.
  • Ensure delivery precision and high quality in all PLM‑related process and system improvements.
  • Contribute to the long-term evolution of PLM capabilities within the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • 5+ years working with PLM-related business processes.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with leading PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PLM tools and engineering processes used in major automotive OEM environments.
  • Background working across both hardware and software engineering domains.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with complex configuration structures.
