Senior Product Manager

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product development and strategic growth for our Aftermarket offering - a cornerstone of Trackunit's ecosystem, bridging OEMs, fleet owners, and service providers.
You'll play a key role in shaping how service management evolves across the construction ecosystem, ensuring that Trackunit remains the most connected and trusted platform in the industry.
This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial impact and product clarity. You'll operate across a broad landscape - from translating customer insights into scalable blueprints to ensuring cross-functional alignment from Engineering to Go-To-Market. You'll help us connect the dots between strategy and execution and maximize the ecosystem effect of our service management offerings.
With hubs located in several vibrant cities across Europe, we offer a flexible setup that allows you to work from one of our local hubs or remotely from anywhere within the EMEA region. You can find the full overview at the bottom of this job ad or by visiting this link. Please note that we do not offer relocation assistance for this position.
- A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We are moving quickly, so fasten your seat belt and prepare to adjust. Back in 2020 we were 150 employees at Trackunit and we have just passed 450 employees.
- International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders.
- We take your personal and professional development goals seriously and we support them through training, coaching and mindfulness as well as with an open feedback culture to enable you to identify your strengths and opportunities. We do this by touching upon your impact on our triple focus: impacting yourself, impacting teams/relations and impacting the organisation/strategy.
- Flexibility and hybrid working is not just a cliché to us or something we state in a job posting. We do offer you a flexible setup and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like. And once you have chosen how you work best, let us know what you need: we got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work.
- Turning the Tide. At Trackunit, we aim to create and contribute to an inclusive workplace. And this priority starts with our hiring - we do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, personal expression, ethnicity, religious belief, or disability status. We only assess candidates on their qualifications and merit. Learn more about TIDE and other DE&I initiatives here.
- You've built and scaled B2B SaaS or industrial platform products.
- You think ecosystem-first - connecting services, partners, and customer touchpoints into coherent value chains.
- You're strong in prioritization and roadmapping, balancing input from multiple stakeholders to ensure we focus on what creates the most value.
- You bring customer-centric execution - translating feedback into structured discovery, validation, and scalable improvements.
- You operate with execution rigor: disciplined delivery, clear backlog management, and alignment across teams.
- You're curious, collaborative, and grounded - equally comfortable in discovery conversations and detailed go-to-market planning.
- You focus on creating measurable business impact, not just product output.
Don't meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we're looking for ideally, but if you're super excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.
Primary responsibilities- Lead end-to-end product execution within the Aftermarket domain - from discovery and validation to delivery and adoption.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure launches are well-orchestrated, measurable, and tied to clear business outcomes.
- Build and nurture an ecosystem mindset — ensuring our solutions maximize value for OEMs, fleets, and service providers alike.
- Translate field insights and ProServe learnings into scalable product blueprints and customer-centric improvements.
- Drive clarity in prioritization and roadmapping, aligning technical feasibility with strategic goals and commercial needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of IrisX and our connected services through a deep understanding of how Aftermarket drives ecosystem success.
Don't waste your time on writing the best possible cover letter for the job. We want you to create an impact that matters, and that's not in the cover letter.
- Virtual meet and greet. Meet with Fred Rio, SVP of Product Management and the hiring manager for this role, and potentially a team member as well.
- Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment using use Hogan prior to the interview. Our Hogan assessment enables us to understand your abilities and how you align with our team culture. Instead of seeking 'appropriate' responses, the priority is to develop a meaningful exchange that illustrates your synergy with the Trackunit team.
- Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or projects related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you'll also work closely with in the job.
- If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.
- Offer presentation and walk-through. We're lucky to have you
We're committed to construction - one of the largest industries in the world. Over the past two decades, Trackunit has been pioneering technological progress within construction.
