We are hiring Specialist – Information Security (Process-Oriented for ISM)for the position based in Stockholm / Malmö / Helsingborg / Älmhult (Onsite).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist with strong process orientation and a solid background in cybersecurity frameworks and governance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, incident handling, and security auditing. You will contribute to improving, maintaining, and ensuring alignment of security processes across the organization while supporting business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 6–7 years of professional experience in Cyber security, information security governance, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of security standards and regulations, including: ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR
  • Proven experience in Risk management, Incident management, Security audits, Business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DR)
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a strong advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and documentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to drive improvements and enforce standards.
