Experience Range: 7+ years

Role: Senior Database Administrator (MySQL/MariaDB) + ServiceNow Administrator ServiceNow Responsibilities

  • Act as a ServiceNow Administrator with 
    CSA and CAD certifications
    .
  • Manage 
    ServiceNow upgrades independently
     without supervision.
  • Work across 
    ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules
    .
  • Ensure platform stability, optimization, and configuration best practices.

MySQL / MariaDB DBA Responsibilities

  • Administer MySQL/MariaDB databases with 
    5+ years
     of hands-on experience.
  • Deep understanding of 
    database architecture
    , storage engines, replication mechanisms, and performance tuning.
  • Expertise in 
    MariaDB installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
    .
  • Strong experience with 
    Master–Slave Replication
    —setup, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    MaxScale
     or similar proxy/load balancer technology.
  • Optimize SQL queries and improve performance across large-scale systems.
  • Manage 
    backup, recovery, and high-availability
     setups.
  • Automate routine tasks using 
    Bash or Python scripting
    .
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure database reliability and scalability.
