About Mynt Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management solution, on a mission to fundamentally change business banking forever. Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks relating to spending for businesses. Mynt is experiencing huge growth in the Nordic markets, serving over 16,000 business customers with year-over-year growth exceeding 100%. We have recently secured substantial funding to support our continued expansion in Sweden and internationally. In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an E-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Since 2022, we've launched several strategic partnerships, starting with Fortnox where we integrated corporate cards directly into their platform. In early 2023, we announced a similar partnership with Accountor Group in Finland. Since then, additional integrations have gone live — including Kleer and Wint. About the role As Information Security Manager at Mynt, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that we stay secure, resilient, and compliant as we scale. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing security frameworks, processes, and policies that protect our systems, data, and customers — with a focus on DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and EBA Guidelines. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with both leadership and technical teams across the business.

We're looking for someone who combines regulatory experience with a deep understanding of security operations, and who thrives in a dynamic, high-trust environment where they can make a real impact.

What you'll be up to:

Own and drive Mynt's information security strategy, including policies, processes, and controls.

Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like DORA, GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and European e-money/payment services regulations.

Act as the main point of contact for audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

Work closely with IT and engineering to design and implement secure architectures, access controls, encryption, monitoring, and secure development practices.

Manage ICT risk and vendor oversight, including due diligence, onboarding/offboarding, and contract reviews.

Lead internal and external security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.

Maintain and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.

Drive ongoing employee awareness through training, phishing simulations, and security communications.

Build a strong security culture across the company.

What you bring to the table:

5+ years of experience in information security, ideally within fintech or regulated financial services.

Solid understanding of the EU regulatory landscape, especially DORA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

Proven ability to translate compliance into action, and collaborate with tech teams to build scalable solutions.

Experience with ICT supplier management, incident response, and risk-based decision making.

Strong communication and stakeholder skills — you can explain security in a way everyone understands.

Certifications like CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are a plus.

Fluent in Swedish.
