The role

We're now looking for a new colleague to our People & Growth team to take on one of the most central responsibilities in our company: driving growth by recruiting the best people to Netlight.

You will lead and own the full journey of every recruitment process—from first conversation to a successful start—with high exposure across the organization. You'll work closely with consultants and leadership to understand what the business needs next, and make it happen. The work is hands-on, analytical, project driven, people-centric and business-critical.

As part of the people & Growth team on the long term, you'll also contribute to Netlight's development in areas like mentorship, retention, our value proposition, and themes such as equality and culture.

Requirements

• Graduate in 2024 or 2025.
• Master's degree / Engineering degree.
• Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English.
• Passion for people, recruitment, project management, leadership, and the tech industry.
• Experience in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, eg. recruitment, headhunting, sales, project management, and networking.
