The Senior Manufacturing Support and Quality Analyst is responsible supporting the managers of the production line in the daily work. You will work close to the managers/ supervisors. As senior quality analyst you will work to continuously improve routines and the work environment in accordance with Danaher Business System (DBS).
This position is part of the Manufacturing Support group which is a department consisting of five supporting functions to production and will be located in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work close with other departments like production, planning, quality and logistics to perform daily tasks.
- Work to continuously improve routines and the work environment
- Represent the manufacturing department in meetings and projects together with other departments within the company.
- Prepare as well as archive training documentation for the associates of the production line. Other task assignments includes for instance to
- Support other departments during production of products in development phases, initiate, report, investigate and follow up on deviations (NC and CAPA).
- Onboarding of new Manufacturing Support and Quality Analyst
- To support supervisor with general administrative tasks (for example, data gathering and data analyses and ensure Quality of the onboarding material)
- Review and approve Rework plans and NC-investigations in according with the supervisor.
- Work strategically and independently to identify impediments and utilize the plan, do, check cycle.
- Is a representative in PSP projects and other relevant manufacturing projects for the manufacturing support department.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree within Life science, Engineering or other related field with 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing support
- Experience from Improvement Projects
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent level of English and Swedish
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working in a highly regulated industry
