Din rollSom UX-designer kommer du att vara med och forma en UX-verksamhet under kraftig expansion. Du bygger upp struktur, arbetssätt och rutiner och arbetar användardrivet i komplexa beslutsmiljöer. Du samarbetar med produktägare, ingenjörer och arkitekter och spelar en viktig roll i att driva organisationen mot ett mer kundorienterat och effektstyrt arbetssätt.

Du kommer att: Skapa rutiner och arbetssätt för UX-verksamheten Genomföra insiktsarbete tillsammans med slutanvändare i varierande miljöer Kartlägga beteenden, behov och beslutsmiljöer i tekniskt avancerade kontexter Utforma kundresor, koncept, prototyper och tjänsteflöden för flera typer av användare Facilitera workshops och skapa samsyn mellan tekniska och verksamhetsnära roller Stötta organisationen i att arbeta mer användardrivet Bidra till intuitiva, robusta och högkvalitativa lösningar baserade på verkliga behov

Vi söker dig som: Har erfarenhet av tjänstedesign, UX, UI och användarcentrerad utveckling Har tidigare arbetat i transformations- eller förändringsresor Trivs i komplexa tekniska miljöer och kan navigera många intressenter Är trygg i att facilitera workshops och driva gemensamma lösningar Värdesätter kombinationen av designmetodik och ingenjörsperspektiv

ÖvrigtArbetet kräver säkerhetsprövning enligt gällande regelverk Heltid på plats i uppdragsgivarens lokaler i Stockholm Mycket goda möjligheter till förlängning
