Your New Role 

Are you ready to take the lead in optimizing onboard logistics for a major Scandinavian airline? We are now looking for an Onboard Supply Chain Manager to join a high-performing team responsible for delivering top-tier customer experience onboard. In this role, you will oversee the entire supply chain process for onboard products—from planning and forecasting to execution and waste management.

You will work closely with 3PL and 4PL providers, ensuring seamless operations and timely deliveries to catering stations. With a sharp focus on cost-efficiency and sustainability, you'll play a key role in supporting both operational and commercial goals. This position is based in Frösundavik, Stockholm, and involves occasional travel as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 5 years of experience in complex supply chain management, ideally in an international setting

Proven ability to manage suppliers and drive process improvements

Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work independently and manage change effectively
