Showroom Internship

INTERNSHIP SHOWROOM 

We are currently looking for a Showroom Intern to join our Stockholm Office. This opportunity will expose you to and give you a comprehensive experience of working in the field of product communication with activities for media, stylists, VIPs and Influencers. As an intern, you'll have the benefit of working alongside skilled team members such as our Product Communications Manager and Showroom & Community Coordinator, learning all from handling samples of different nature & logistics, product communication activities and maintaining and updating the physical and digital showroom space.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in various Showroom related projects and production tasks by being a helping hand (and brain).
• Supporting the Showroom team in overall project tasks.
• Support in scheduling and participating in meetings with the press, stylists and influencers.
• Supporting in continuous adjustments and improvements in Showroom, e.g in seasonal changes and activations.
• Support in coordinating lending and returns to/from the press, stylists and influencers.
• Monitoring the media and influencer landscape, current trends and sharing knowledge internally.
• Supporting in reporting activities from performances made via our Showroom services.
