Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Sales professional with a hunter mentality to join our team and drive growth in the Nordics region. This role focuses on owning your territory, building your book of business, and collaborating with external partners and marketing teams to generate leads. You will target mid- to large-sized enterprises in Retail & Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, and ERP environments (Microsoft, M3, SAP) while enjoying autonomy and an entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Present our cloud accounting automation solution to demonstrate value and fit for purpose.
  • Build credible business cases to support sales proposals.
  • Conduct web-based and on-site meetings with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders.
  • Write pricing proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams for lead generation.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of multithreaded B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in Fintech, targeting CFOs within mid-market companies.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own and drive your region/business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
