Your responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and inspire a motivated sales team in Sri Lanka, driving a culture of performance and collaboration.
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients in targeted markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, driving consistent progress toward revenue goals.
- Represent Creative Software as a trusted technology partner
- Lead negotiations and secure business agreements that foster sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and technical teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies
What we expect from you:
- Fluent in Swedish with excellent proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- More than 3 years
of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the software sector. - Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client trust.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
