Functional Lead-SAP CAR

To lead SAP CAR team in CAT+ projects and responsible for planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions.
• Analyzing System health and integration quality and proposing and implementing solution to the issues for better functioning.
• Interact with customers and business users to facilitate applications error free functioning and to provide all additional support for maintenance of Systems health.
• Work with other functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and priorities. Accordingly, design solution, support the system and plan the change.
• Handling defects in standard and custom code to support the quick resolution process.
• Identify change management implications associated with the new design in maintenance perspective.
• Provide the Business and Functional knowledge to understand the new requirements and propose the solution for the same.
• Present solutions and options to leadership, project teams and other stakeholders adapting style to both Functional and Business audiences.
• Collaborate with other architects to ensure continuity of solutions and smooth functioning of the System.
• Provide guidelines and best practices on implementing optimized solutions leveraging SAP MDG landscape.
• Responsible to meet the project timeline for delivery of BPD Sign off, FS signoff, FUT, Deployment, Testing support, UAT support, Cutover activity, Production Go-live, Store rollout support and Post warranty support.
• Responsible for writing Function specification (FS) document, Coordination with ABAP team for development and functional support, Functional unit testing (FUT), Deployment of changes for SFT testing, Defect fixing.
• Hypercare and Post Go-live support.SAP CAR implementation and support experience in IS Retail environment2. Having exposure to UDF and DDF in SAP CAR is beneficial3. Very good written and oral communication skills
