Job Description
As a Business Developer at Lylli, you'll play a key role in driving growth and shaping the future of one of the most exciting children's reading platforms in Europe and beyond. This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll work across strategy, international expansion, and global partnerships to unlock new opportunities. You'll collaborate with partners worldwide, drive projects across multiple markets, and help Lylli reach the next level.
What you'll do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in priority markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, partners, and customers, understanding their needs and aligning them with Lylli's goals.
- Develop, structure, and present proposals – including managing partner collaborations when needed.
- Support project execution and problem-solve issues along the way.
- Report directly to the CEO and management team, contributing to Lylli's ambitious growth journey

Who you are:
- Strong academic track record, preferably in business/economics or engineering.
- Final year student, recent graduate, or up to 3 years of work experience.
- International exposure, entrepreneurial projects, or other extracurricular experience are strong pluses.

Good to know
This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You'll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation.
