The core purpose of this role is to provide a single, professional point of contact for Cisco employees, visitors, and partners, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience and supporting daily facilities operations. The role represents both JLL's values (Teamwork, Excellence, Ethics) and Cisco's culture of hospitality, innovation, and professionalism.Core ResponsibilitiesFront-of-House / ReceptionWarmly welcome all employees, visitors, and contractors, ensure they are registered, informed, and assisted throughout their visit.Maintain a professional reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy, prepared, and aligned with Cisco standards.Answer calls and inquiries in a professional, service-oriented manner.Manage visitor and contractor access, badging, and host notifications in compliance with Cisco Corporate Security.Support meeting room bookings, catering coordination, and hospitality services.Arrange taxis or transport when required.Assist with room setups, light furniture moves, and AV support escalations as neededFacilities OperationsCoordinate daily services including housekeeping, porterage, cleaning, plants, and general maintenance.Manage office supplies, kitchen consumables, and stationery, ensuring timely restocking.Handle courier/mail services, printing, and binding support for internal teams.Assist employees with desk booking processes and workplace enquiries.Manage employee and vendor access cards.Act as the first point of contact for HSE and security-related questions.Perform periodic office checks, raise work orders, and monitor completion.Conduct guided checks on first-aid kits and AED units.Escort vendors (or arrange an escort) in controlled areas such as labs and server rooms.Vendor & Work Order CoordinationMonitor customer feedback and support improvements in service delivery.Maintain strong relationships with Cisco stakeholders to understand needs and expectations.Ensure SOPs are up to date and followed.Be aware of ongoing construction, refresh, and IT/AV projects that may impact day-to-day operations.Achieve or exceed KPIs and ensure SLAs are met.Manage work orders in Corrigo — tracking deadlines, uploading documentation, and confirming vendor compliance.Site-Specific RequirementsSupport printing/binding for internal teams preparing presentations.Restock consumables according to Cisco business needs.Conduct site inspections, escalate issues, and liaise with vendors for ongoing works.Support temporary card audits.Assist colleagues with access to Help Needed / Service portals.Location: On-site –Stockholm, SWEIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
