Voyado is on an exciting journey, expanding internationally and constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. We are scaling our revenue enablement capabilities and are looking to onboard a new colleague to enable revenue-focused teams with the resources, tools, and training they need to deliver excellence at every stage of the customer journey. You will be ensuring that every customer-facing colleague can confidently sell and deliver value, beyond specific features, by bridging gaps in product knowledge, customer outcomes, and commercial execution.
Some of the things you'll be up to:
- Design, create, and deliver engaging learning programs based on data-driven insights
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure GTM teams are prepared for new releases and messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of key enablement events, such as our annual GTM kickoffs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration on global projects, ensuring consistency in messaging, personas, and ROI storytelling.

At the same time, you bring structure and clarity to your work, making it easy for others to follow your lead and for great ideas to turn into real impact.
We believe you have:
- Proven track record designing and running enablement programs in early-stage, high-growth organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodology frameworks, and how to operationalise them across stages.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Ops to align around campaigns, product launches, and GTM initiatives.
