Strategy and Business Excellence Director, Nordics & Baltics (NoBa)

Location: Kista, Sweden

Work Type: Hybrid

Travel: Up to 20%

Ipsen is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on innovation and specialty care. We are now hiring a Business Excellence Director to lead our strategic transformation across the Nordics & Baltics (NoBa) region.

This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager, NoBa, and part of the affiliate leadership team. You will drive excellence in execution, data-driven insights, and digital transformation across the region, while leading a cross-functional team focused on business intelligence, commercial excellence, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Excellence initiatives across brand insights, forecasting, analytics, multichannel strategy, and L&D.
  • Drive digital transformation and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to embed a culture of insights, innovation, and execution.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the GM and BU Heads, aligning local execution with global priorities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a high-performing team, fostering growth and collaboration.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's or MBA is preferred.
  • Proven track record in commercial excellence, business intelligence, or operational effectiveness.
  • Field and/or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in implementing complex projects, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership, including influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in multi-cultural and cross-functional environments.
  • Fluency in English is required; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is an advantage.
