About the Internship

Are you passionate about game development and excited to contribute to a next-gen, AI-powered shooter game?

Realdini Studios is looking for Game Developer Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience using Unreal Engine 5 and want to play a role in shaping a visually stunning and narratively rich multiplayer game. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills, collaborate with a creative team, and build your portfolio with real-world development experience.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly in Unreal Engine 5 to develop core gameplay mechanics, multiplayer systems, and AI integrations.
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and AI specialists to bring game features to life.
  • Use GitHub for version control and team-based collaboration.
  • Optimize game systems for performance and player experience.
  • Participate in regular brainstorming and sprint meetings to help shape the game's direction.

Must-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprint scripting.
  • Familiarity with interfaces and how to implement them within game systems.
  • Basic understanding of game mechanics, physics, and AI behaviors.
  • A strong desire to learn and contribute to real-world game development projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a creative and dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and version control best practices.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience integrating AI or procedural storytelling features.
  • Exposure to multiplayer networking and replication in UE5.
  • Background in game design, UI, or VFX.
