The Opportunity
We're looking for a visionary Customer Success Partner to join our founding team. This isn't just a job it's a chance to co-create the future of Xbrandify alongside the founders. For the right partner, equity is on the table.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our clients experience the platform, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn insights into strategy and strategy into impact.

What You'll Do
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement and retention
• Collaborate with product, marketing and tech teams to enhance the customer journey

Represent the voice of the customer in strategic decisions
• Help shape the culture and direction of a fast-growing startup
What We're Looking For
• Proven success in customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship-building
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in SaaS, AI, loyalty, community, or e-commerce ecosystems
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive independently in a remote-first environment
• Bonus: Leadership experience in travel, events, community, or brand marketing
