ABG Sundal Collier (ABGSC) is looking for ambitious and motivated interns to join our Investment Banking team (M&A, ECM and DCM) for a ten-week internship in Stockholm. What you'll do - Internship Responsibilities
Participate in complex transactions across industries and products such as IPOs, bond offerings and mergers and acquisitions
Assist in covering new and existing clients
Build and/or maintain advanced financial models for companies
Prepare documentation in relation to financial transactions, including investor presentations, term sheets, press releases and prospectuses
Interact with company top management, investors and experts within relevant sectors
Who we're looking for - Your profile
We are looking for curious and driven students currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree. While backgrounds in finance, business, economics, engineering, mathematics, or other quantitative fields may be particularly relevant, all academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Fluency in English and a Nordic language
