About the role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, essential in providing high-quality support and contributing to their overall satisfaction. Your talent for understanding customer needs, coupled with your problem-solving skills, will not only resolve their issues but also enrich their experience with Froda.

In addition to supporting our end customers, you will also play a key role in supporting our embedded partner collaborations ensuring they receive the same level of outstanding service and engagement as our direct customers.

You will

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email, and phone.
  • Support and guide our partners' support teams by answering questions, solving issues, and ensuring they have what they need to deliver a great experience to their users.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Cross collaborate with other teams such as Product to share customer feedback to improve our services.

Who you are

  • Native or fluent proficiency in French.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
  • Experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • You have an empathetic approach to handling customer queries and complaints.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with both customers and external partners.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating customer support platforms and tools.
