Vi söker nu en Digital Business Support för ett spännande uppdrag hos vår kund i Göteborg, som är ett stort och välmående svenskt företag med internationell verksamhet.

Om rollen

Vår kund befinner sig i en spännande digitaliseringsresa där de byter från ett äldre, egenutvecklat system till Microsoft Business Central. Just nu sker viss dubbelregistrering, vilket skapar ett stort behov av avlastning och stöd i verksamheten.

Som Digital Business Support kommer du att stötta organisationen i denna övergångsfas. Du blir en del av ett centralt team som arbetar mot sju regioner. Region Syd har redan börjat flytten till Business Central, och målet är att hela organisationen ska vara överflyttad inom 6-10 månader.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Bevaka, besvara och eskalera ärenden i ärendehanteringssystemet
  • Supportera användare i affärssystemet och närliggande kringsystem
  • Hantera behörighetsfrågor i affärssystemet
  • Avlasta verksamheten genom att stötta i dubbelregistreringen under övergången
  • Bidra till en effektiv, säker och trivsam arbetsmiljö

Vi söker dig som har

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i Business Central
  • Grundläggande projektkunskap
  • God systemvana och kunskaper i Office-paketet
  • Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat, lösningsorienterat och serviceinriktat
  • God förståelse för administrativa processer och flöden
