Job Title: Data Engineer Azure Databricks (Swedish Speaking)
Total Experience Required: 4+ years in Information Technology/Computers/Software
Relevant Experience Required: 3+ years in Azure Data Factory and Databricks
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: A minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months or beyond, depending on project requirements.
Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 3 times a week at office)
Languages Required: English, Swedish
Visa/Work Authorization Status: Candidates must hold a valid work permit or visa to work in Sweden
Work Location:
- Must be currently based in Sweden or

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimise data solutions using Azure services.
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL and ELT pipelines via Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
- Implement efficient data models to support analytics and reporting.
- Develop Power BI dashboards to improve decision-making and process efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to align requirements and drive value.
- Participate in code reviews, address technical debt, and contribute to continuous delivery within an agile team.
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
- Strong data modelling and integration experience.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience in Power BI development.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish.
Optional Skills:
- Exposure to AI-driven development tools such as Databricks Assistant, GitHub Copilot or M365 Copilot.
- Experience contributing to scalable analytics platforms and FinOps monitoring.
- A collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.
