  Build scalable processes, governance frameworks, and workflows that make marketing efficient, compliant, and agile.
• Enable global success:
  Ensure strategic marketing intent translates into actionable toolkits and assets that empower local markets to deliver with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
:

Operational Excellence

• Design and implement scalable marketing processes and governance frameworks that drive efficiency and compliance.
• Establish structured workflows for campaign planning, asset development, approvals, and delivery.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of processes, driving continuous improvement through data and feedback.

Enablement & Service Delivery

• Translate strategic marketing intent into actionable toolkits and materials for local execution.
• Coordinate timely delivery of digital, clinical, creative, and communication assets across markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of global initiatives.

Leadership & Culture

• Lead and develop a team of seven collaborators, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth.
• Champion a service-oriented mindset within the marketing organization, acting as a trusted partner to subsidiaries and commercial stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in compliance, scalability, and agility across all marketing operations.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in marketing operations or communication agencies within regulated industries.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Expertise in project management and agile methodologies to drive efficiency and adaptability.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
