Senior Product Manager – Energy Intelligence

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation
Energy Intelligence
platform. This role sits at the intersection of user experience and AI across our home energy system – heat pump, inverter, battery and solar. You will shape the direction to ensure our intelligence delivers real, scalable customer value.

This is an opportunity for a product leader who thrives on strategic thinking, technical depth, and complex cross-team collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy, priorities and OKRs for Energy optimisation and Aira Intelligence.

• Turn customer insights, strategic goals, and market trends into clear and actionable product direction.

• Build a deep understanding of the emerging energy and flexibility markets in Europe

• Collaborate closely with UX-, App-, IoT- and Connectivity- teams to deliver high-impact intelligence features.

• Lead and manage external partner relationships and integration roadmaps.

• Guide your team in problem framing, success metrics, and customer value. As well as trade-offs, prioritization, and complex technical decision-making.

• Champion and evangelize Intelligence features across internal and external communication.

What you bring to the team
 

• Proven experience in product management, ideally within energy and/or ML/AI
• Strong strategic judgment with the ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
• Ability to go discuss in depth with technical teams — models, optimisation logic, data flows, architecture
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and an ability to bring clarity to complex domains.
