About the Role
As a Web Product Owner, you will own and manage Dynavox Group's global websites as a product. You'll be responsible for roadmap, execution, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring our websites meet business needs and deliver exceptional usability, accessibility, brand consistency, and performance across all markets.
You will have a chance to manage the web backlog and roadmap by translating defined business and marketing goals into clear and actionable website requirements, while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, ensuring global web governance (e.g. adherence to workflows, publishing standards, and design system guidelines) across all markets.
Please note: This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, Sweden. Occasional travel (10–20%) may be required and will be communicated in advance.
In this role you will:
Manage the global website roadmap by turning defined business priorities into actionable initiatives and translating stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Provide final quality approval sign-off for website updates, ensuring UX, accessibility, SEO/AEO, and brand standards.
Partner with development teams, project managers, and vendors to deliver website enhancements, fixes, and releases.
Identify delivery risks, technical constraints, and compliance considerations and escalate as needed.
Monitor performance and usability metrics, supporting analytics, testing, and optimization.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an organized and adaptable senior professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and brings a service-oriented mindset.
Ideal candidates will bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Digital Media, Web Development, UX/UI, Information Systems, or related fields.
5+ years of experience managing complex multi-market websites in global or matrix organizations.
Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO fundamentals, and web performance.
Working knowledge of web analytics, optimization, and performance monitoring.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and modern web delivery practices.
Ability to prepare and deliver clear presentations and excellent communication skills in English.
Experience collaborating with development teams, project managers, and vendors in agile or hybrid models. Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
