Job Description :

The company has its own development model that has evolved from SAFe. We organize several teams together in trains and our initiatives are driven in the form of epics. The train's work is prioritized by the train's management. We strive to have an epic owner from the business side and an IT for each epic. We are now looking for a consultant with the role of epic owner IT within payment domain.

Responsibilities:

• As Epic Owner IT, the consultant is responsible for epic's scope, roadmap and delivery plan throughout epic's entire lifecycle.
• The consultant works closely and together with the business' epic owner and product specialists to drive epic forward.
• The consultant will handle, among other things, financial and administrative decisions, have cost and risk control, create features for implementation in trains, coordinate releases and ensure handover to management.
• The consultant is responsible for communicating status, risks, costs and highlighting options for decisions and has a steering group at his disposal if necessary.
• We have requirements regarding regulatory compliance and the consultant has the responsibility to ensure this for their epics.
• The consultant will be responsible for several epics in parallel.

Competency requirements:

• The role is senior and requires good ability to work independently.
• Experience in leadership and leading in agile development and has at least five years of experience as an epic owner or project manager.
• Used to handling complex issues and has good ability to prioritize.
