We are continuing to grow and are now looking for a Commissioning Engineer who wants to help develop future solutions for our customers worldwide.
About The Role
As a Commissioning Engineer, you will primarily be responsible for the commissioning of our machines in various customer projects. Your tasks will include:
- machine start-up and test runs
- measurements, verifications, and troubleshooting
- performing and validating checklists
- basic PLC programming
Commissioning is carried out mainly at our production facility in Kalmar together with the rest of the team. Travel may also occur for installation, start-up, and training at customer sites. After delivery, you will play an important role in providing technical support and service.
Because all our machines are customized, you will encounter new challenges in each project, offering excellent opportunities for both technical and personal development.
- To succeed in this role, we believe you:
- have an electrical education or equivalent technical background with a focus on automation
- have a strong interest in technology and PLC programming
- have experience with CNC technology, preferably FANUC (meritorious)
- can read electrical schematics and have experience with troubleshooting
- have a good understanding of mechatronics
- have knowledge of media systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- have some experience with robotics (meritorious)
- are solution-oriented, structured, and goal-driven
- are a committed team player and good communicator
- have good knowledge of English
