We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst in a digital marketing, paid media, or data-driven acquisition context.


• Deep understanding of paid media ecosystems (Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and how to connect platform data to customer and sales outcomes.


• Proficiency in SQL and dbt for building and maintaining analytical data models in BigQuery.


• Strong Python skills for statistical analysis, ML experimentation, and automation.


• Experience working with predictive or optimization models (e.g. LTV, churn, audience scoring, or attribution).


• Experience structuring activation-ready data and supporting integrations with marketing APIs or clean rooms.


• Excellent communication skills — able to bridge technical and marketing stakeholders and explain analytical findings clearly.


• Comfortable working with messy data in a fast-paced product environment where priorities evolve rapidly.


Meritorious

• Experience integrating online and offline conversion data (e.g. Google Store Sales Integration, web/app data).


• Familiarity with incrementality testing, attribution, or media mix methodologies.


• Understanding of data privacy, first-party data strategy, and privacy-safe activation concepts.


• Experience in agile, cross-functional product setups and collaboration with external teams.
