To accelerate this transformation, we are hiring a Commercial AI Manager to drive the global commercial success of Qmatic's AI portfolio, including our flagship AI product, Qmatic Aiva.
This is a highly visible, revenue-driving leadership role with significant ownership across the full AI product lifecycle—from go-to-market strategy through adoption, scaling, and customer success.
The Opportunity
As Commercial AI Manager, you will serve as Qmatic's commercial AI ambassador, partnering closely with Sales, Channel Leaders, Product Management, R&D, and Customer Support teams across multiple regions.
You will own the end-to-end commercialization and performance of our AI portfolio, ensuring not only successful market entry, but also scalable delivery, adoption, and long-term customer value across Qmatic's international partner ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Go-to-Market Leadership & Commercial Strategy
- Own and execute the global go-to-market strategy for Qmatic's AI portfolio
- Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling customer value propositions, ROI narratives, and differentiated use cases
- Lead AI product launches in partnership with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Drive market positioning and competitive strategy for AI solutions across international markets
End-to-End Product Oversight
Take full commercial ownership of the complete AI product lifecycle, including:
Product development alignment
Launch readiness
Implementation success
Ongoing customer adoption
Support and service delivery feedback loops
Ensure AI offerings are scalable, supportable, and commercially optimized across regions
Sales Acceleration & Partner Enablement
- Actively co-sell alongside Sales teams, Channel Directors, and strategic partners
- Travel frequently to support high-impact partner enablement and enterprise customer engagements internationally
- Equip partners with the tools, messaging, and playbooks to position, sell, and scale Qmatic AI solutions
- Lead pricing, packaging, and commercial negotiations for AI offerings
Revenue & Growth Ownership
- Drive AI revenue growth through pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and close execution
- Operate as a global commercial overlay for all AI opportunities across regions
- Own adoption targets and ensure AI solutions scale effectively in a partner-led business model
Market Feedback, Trust & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Gather structured insights from customers, partners, and the competitive landscape
- Partner closely with Product and R&D to ensure roadmap alignment with commercial needs
- Coordinate with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams on AI trust, safety, and regulatory readiness

- AI revenue growth and influenced pipeline performance
- Adoption and scaling of AI products across partners and regions
- Partner readiness, enablement maturity, and field execution globally
- Win rates, deal velocity, and customer satisfaction for AI-driven opportunities
Who You Are
You are a commercially driven leader with deep curiosity and ambition in AI, enterprise SaaS, and go-to-market execution. You thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership, accountability, and results matter.
We Expect:
- Proven experience in B2B commercial roles spanning go-to-market, business development, product commercialization, or enterprise sales
- Strong ability to engage credibly with senior customer stakeholders and strategic partners across international markets
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and scaling emerging product categories
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills
Education
- Master's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
- Degree from a highly regarded, high-profile university in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Technology, or related disciplines
Additional Requirements
- Fluent English required; Swedish is a plus
- Comfortable working across Product, Sales, R&D, and Support organizations
- Willingness to travel frequently to support global partners and key customer engagements

Location and reporting structure:
Based in our Mölndal office with the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement according to the company Hybrid Working Policy, and the needs of the business. This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer
