About the role 

As a Psychology Intern at Quinyx, you'll be part of our People (HR) team and get hands-on experience in the full spectrum of organizational psychology in a fast-growing tech company. You'll work closely with our People Partners and Leaders on a variety of projects that drive engagement, performance, and growth — both for individuals and teams.

Your work will cover areas such as recruitment and assessment, leadership and team development, and individual coaching. You'll help us design and facilitate workshops, analyze feedback and team dynamics, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our culture and leadership capabilities.

This internship is a great opportunity if you want to see how psychological science is applied in a modern, dynamic workplace — and to make a real impact while learning from an experienced, people-focused team.

Our VP People is a lic. Psychologist and will be your supervisor. 

Who are you

We don't care a whole bunch about what you have done before but it is crucial for us that you are the right person and a good fit for the team. We believe you are: 

  • A self-starter and someone that will take on their own initiatives. The sky can be the limit for this internship, and even if we will work hard to make sure there is a plan for you, you will need to be part of creating and designing your time here. 
  • Structured and goal-driven, the tempo will be high.
  • Brings a lot of energy and is eager to learn what life as an I/O psychologist can look like. 
  • Fluent in English since it is our internal language. 

Please note that this is an unpaid role for students studying at the Swedish psychologist program only, as part of the practical course.
