Divisionsspecifik Information
Våra Proteomic Sciences (PSX)-lösningar bidrar till att omdefiniera förståelsen av mänskliga sjukdomar genom avancerad proteomikforskning. Med våra innovativa Olink‑produkter – inklusive högspecificerade och validerade analyser som täcker över 5 000 proteiner – möjliggör våra medarbetare och vår teknik banbrytande forskning som kommer att spela en avgörande roll för framtidens precisionsmedicin.

Jobbeskrivning
Som Material Master Data (MMD) Specialist blir du en del av vårt Design Transfer team inom vår Engineering-avdelning. Teamet överser alla Design Transfer aktiviteter och säkerställer en effektiv och kvalitetssäkrad överföring av nya eller modifierade produkter från utveckling till supply chain. Rollen rapporterar direkt till vår Manager Design Transfer.

Våra MMD Specialisters huvudsakliga uppdrag är att samordna och utföra aktiviteter kopplade till produkter och deras masterdata. De säkerställer att korrekt och komplett information skapas, underhålls och förs över till vårt ERP‑system, Dynamics 365 F&O. MMD specialisterna stödjer både NPI‑projekt (New Product Introduction) och ändringsärenden genom att skapa artikelstrukturer, underhålla befintlig masterdata och säkerställa att allt följer interna kvalitetsprocesser.

Huvudsakliga Ansvarsområden

  • Koordinera och utföra arbetsuppgifter kopplade till material masterdata i NPI‑projekt enligt interna kvalitetsprocesser
  • Underhålla material masterdata och säkerställa korrekta och aktuella uppdateringar i samarbete med andra team och avdelningar
  • Skapa artikelstrukturer och nya artiklar i ERP-systemet
  • Vara kontaktpunkt mellan avdelningar som godkänner material masterdata.
  • Identifiera och driva förbättringsinitiativ inom området.

Grundläggande Kvalifikationer

  • Kandidat- eller masterexamen inom Industriell Ekonomi, Biologi, Bioinformatik eller liknande
  • Minst 2 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska
  • En stark nyfikenhet samt villighet och förmåga att lära sig
  • God förmåga att bygga relationer och skapa kontaktytor över en organisation
  • God förmåga att leda sig själv och samordna andra vid behov.
  • God förmåga att hantera flera aktiviteter parallellt.
  • Proaktivitet i att identifiera och förbättra arbetssätt.
  • Bekväm med att arbeta i en dynamisk och föränderlig miljö

Meriterande Kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet av att skapa och underhålla material masterdata i en tillverkande industri
  • Kunskap om Materials Management inklusive Materials Master, Bill of Material, Routings mm.
  • Erfarenhet av ERP‑system som Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O eller liknande
  • Erfarenhet ifrån design transfer eller produktuveckling
