Identity & Access Management / Azure Software Lead

We are seeking a collaborative and hands-on professional with strong experience in leading Azure-based platform initiatives. The role involves steering architectural discussions, shaping integration approaches, and establishing structure in a complex and fast-moving environment. You are expected to make clear decisions, guide teams in sound technical practices, and support the organization throughout a broad cloud transformation.

Your responsibilities include driving the development of Azure infrastructure and Identity & Access Management while working closely with platform owners, architects, cloud specialists, and other stakeholders. You will also contribute to setting up a new Azure tenant, coordinating the onboarding of core platforms, and introducing new services as the environment evolves. The assignment further involves enabling smooth access processes for external partners, anticipating future infrastructure and IAM needs, managing risks, and offering an external perspective that

strengthens ways of working, transition planning, and long-term scalability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Azure, IAM, and the design of cloud platform architectures.
  • Works in a methodical and forward-leaning way, with solid experience from high-tempo settings.
  • Makes well-grounded decisions and supports stakeholders when information is incomplete.
  • Capable of providing direction when conditions are unclear and challenges are complex.
