WHAT YOU'LL DO
Do you want to be a key player in shaping the future of a new and disruptive global sports brand as a Pattern Maker? We are looking for a Pattern Maker to join our womenswear team focused on tops at H&M Move.
In this role, you'll work closely with designers, product developers, planners and production teams to create silhouettes and fits that empower movement and drive meaningful growth. You'll be responsible for developing fit and size strategies across our womenswear assortment, ensuring consistency, inclusiveness and innovation in every product.
As a Pattern Maker, you'll lead the fit process from concept to production—setting technical standards, guiding fitting sessions, and collaborating with suppliers to deliver garments that combine performance, comfort and style. Your expertise will be key in achieving our product vision while maintaining efficiency, sustainability and profitability.

WHO YOU ARE
Qualifications:
- Degree in pattern making or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' work experience in pattern making
- Strong customer focus with a clear understanding of target customers
- Well-developed skills in combining free design with technical rules
- Expertise in fit development across a variety of product types and sizes
- Knowledge of sewing techniques, finishes and technical solutions
- Understanding of materials and trims and their impact on fit and silhouette
- Strong technical skills to complete fit and size packages for production
- In-depth knowledge of body, grading and ready-to-wear processes
- Proficient in relevant tools and systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Experience in coaching and supporting junior pattern makers
