About the role
This position leads the inside sales teams in Sweden and Norway, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer support. It's a hands-on role with real impact—where collaboration, process improvement, and commercial thinking come together. You're the link between inside sales and business development, helping shape regional strategies and drive continuous improvement. You will also support the Sales engineers team outside Sweden and Norway with local office support.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop inside sales teams in Sweden and Norway
- Support field sales and customers with quotations, orders, and inquiries
- Improve internal processes to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with Nordic leadership on regional sales strategies
- Ensure accurate CRM usage and reporting
- Coordinate sales activities across countries and act as a central contact point.
- Oversee HR-related matters like absence planning, hybrid work and team development
What we're looking for
We're looking for a strong and experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. Leadership is central to this role — not just managing people, but inspiring them, setting direction, and building a culture of accountability and engagement.
You bring
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within inside sales or sales operations, preferably in a B2B environment, including international exposure
- Proven leadership and team management skills — with the ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- A strategic mindset and solid business acumen
- Experience in HR-related topics within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, Norwegian is a plus
- A customer-focused approach and a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to manage change and drive results across teams and regions
- Confident using ERP systems and excel.
- Driving license B
