In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Work together with a new team of experienced professionals to deliver on Senior Management's expectations on improved ITFM capabilities' ability to contribute to reaching Swedbank's strategic goals.
- Perform advanced financial modelling, analyse IT cost trends and KPI:s to find IT cost saving opportunities and to support decision-making on IT investments and resource allocation.
- Configure, maintain and operate the new Apptio Costing & Planning tool and the TBM structure, including data management according to best practice, enabling accurate cost modelling and transparency across IT services and business units.
- Support IT-, Finance-, and Business-stakeholders to understand the relation between delivered business value and IT cost and help them optimize their IT supply & consumption with help from cost driver analysis and benchmarking.
- Work with continuous improvements of Apptio tooling, such as onboarding additional data sources, data quality mgmt, performance improvements and reporting creation and automation.
- Mentor and guide ITFM Office colleagues in Apptio configuration and maintenance activities including data management, reporting automation, and continuous tool improvements.
- Drive collaborations with relevant IT Delivery units regarding Apptio tooling data integrations, IT Service management, compliance and fulfilment of Swedbank IT service requirements.
What is needed in this role:
- 5+ years working as Controller/Analyst or similar in an IT Finance function or TBM Office with documented experience and relevant certifications from both TBM and Apptio Costing & Planning.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis of IT costs, including managing and interpreting large amounts of data, identifying trends, patterns and optimization opportunities.
- Hands-on expertise in IBM Apptio Costing & Planning tool configuration, data management and maintenance for cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting and reporting as well as documented TBM knowledge.
- Proficiency in financial modelling tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, SQL for data querying, ETL).
- Familiarity with data governance, IT Service Management and data integration to ensure scalable tool support for ITFM processes.
- Previous experience from implementing TBM & Apptio covering tools, processes, data management in an enterprise environment
- Experience from working with FinOps tools and processes in interaction with ITFM is advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English (required) and Swedish (preferred).
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
