Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior AI Engineer (4-7 years of experience)
to join a new team focused on accelerating AI initiatives within the Content Management domain.

You will help identify where AI is fit for purpose, build and maintain AI-driven capabilities, and mentor less experienced engineers in modern AI approaches. The role encompasses hands-on development, architecture thinking, and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Example early use cases may include:

  • Identifying products in images
  • Summarizing large volumes of reviews into concise outputs
  • Tagging images based on an internal taxonomy (e.g., style, room)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AI-enabled services within the content management area
  • Evaluate when and how specific AI solutions should be applied
  • Mentor and support less experienced engineers on AI concepts and tooling
  • Build and integrate services using
    Golang
    and
    TypeScript
  • Deploy and optimize AI workloads on
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to defining and maintaining best practices for AI usage across the organization

Core Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of AI & Machine Learning, including state-of-the-art features
  • Hands-on experience with Golang
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript
  • Experience deploying workloads on GCP
  • Strong understanding of content intelligence (tagging, summarization, image analysis)
  • Ability to mentor and coach less experienced engineers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Image classification / computer vision experience
  • Experience with custom taxonomy-based tagging
  • Prior consulting experience
