We are hiring Developer – Robotic Process Automation – UiPathfor the position based in Stockholm/Malmö/Älmhult (Sweden)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Developer – Robotic Process Automation – UiPath to lead testing efforts for RPA automation projects. This role requires strong hands-on UiPath expertise combined with leadership to design test strategies, ensure end-to-end RPA workflow quality, and drive continuous improvement across functional, integration, and regression testing.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of UiPath testing framework and automation lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in manual and automation testing methodologies.
  • Experience with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM).
  • Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
  • UiPath certification (Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent) preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
