At Arrive, we're scaling fast—and we're looking for an IT Manager to lead our Business Applications domain during a critical phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone who brings a rare blend of technical depth, operational insight, and human-centered leadership. If you've shaped IT delivery in tech-driven or high-growth organizations, led application teams across Customer Care, ERP, or Middleware, and know how to align business needs with IT execution—this could be your next move. 

What You'll Lead and Deliver
Strategic Leadership & Transformation

• Own and drive the transformation of our SaaS application landscape to support scalable, efficient operations.
• Define and implement an effective IT delivery model—bridging the gap between business requirements and system execution.
• Build trust with business stakeholders, creating partnerships that encourage shared ownership—not just handover.

Tech & Application Management

• Lead a cross-functional team across Customer Care systems, ERP, and middleware applications, balancing operations and development.
• Maintain a dynamic 12-month roadmap focused on high-impact priorities and continuous improvement.
• Guide application lifecycle management, support models, and platform governance.

Stakeholder & Relationship Building

• Be the go-to leader who translates business goals into technical roadmaps and delivers them.
• Build meaningful relationships across functions, fostering empathy, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.
• Act as the senior escalation point for internal and external partners.

Performance, Innovation & Growth

• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs aligned with strategic business outcomes.
• Champion innovation and automation within the business applications landscape.
• Lead retrospectives and feedback cycles to continuously evolve how we work and deliver.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure applications and vendors meet compliance standards across security, data privacy, and audit readiness.
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and budget ownership.

What You Bring

• Senior IT leadership experience in business transformation, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or high-growth organization.
• Proven background managing Customer Care systems, ERP platforms or middleware - across both operations and development.
• Strong capability in translating complex business needs into actionable technical strategies.
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, integration, and application governance models.
• Natural relationship-builder. Empathetic, curious, and trusted by stakeholders.
• A leader who takes ownership, builds delivery frameworks, and inspires others to do the same.
