Customer Success Manager, Agency

Now, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager for our Agency team who can combine creative expertise with commercial ownership. You'll work as a strategic partner to the Agency team's customers, building content strategies, producing videos, and ensuring every account is set up for long-term success and growth.
Why is this role different?
This isn't your typical Customer Success role. As a Customer Success Manager in our Agency Team, you won't just advise, you'll execute. You'll transform customer content into video, build content plans, and support the Agency Manager with both expansion and renewals processes in the Agency Portfolio. Using AI and automation, you'll create scalable, repeatable workflows so you can produce high-performing video content at speed.
What you'll do
Co-Own a portfolio of customers, serving as their main partner for video production, content strategy, and growth.
Build and maintain strategic content plans tailored to each customer's goals.
Produce videos directly in Storykit, ensuring alignment with each customer's brand, tone, and objectives.
Set up accounts for automation and scalability, driving efficiency in their production workflows.
Support the Agency Manager with renewals, proactively delivering value, and mitigating churn risks.
Help the Agency Manager identify expansion opportunities within the portfolio, identifying new opportunities for licenses, use cases, and teams.
Stay on top of social media trends and best practices to keep your strategies relevant and impactful.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver a seamless customer journey.
Who are we looking for?
5+ years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Client Services, Content production, within a creative agency, or SaaS environment.
Proven track record in managing a portfolio of customers
Strong hands-on video production skills—experience with Storykit is a big plus.
Deep understanding of content planning and production
Deep knowledge of social media content strategies and what drives performance.
A balance of creativity and commercial drive—able to execute, advise, and sell.
Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and project manager.
Highly structured and organized, able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
