TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Stockholm team for a parental leave cover of approximately 13 months, starting mid-January 2026. In this role, you will lead and deliver recruitment projects across all our global markets, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to support TOTEME's continued growth. As TOTEME manages the majority of our recruitments in-house, this position will play a central role in shaping our candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand. You will report to the People & Culture Director, be part of our collaborative People & Culture team, and work closely with hiring managers and teams across the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle globally, from initial briefing to official offer, in close partnership with hiring managers and People & Culture team.
- Drive proactive sourcing and headhunting for ongoing recruitment assignments, tailoring your approach to secure the right talent for each need.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects TOTEME's values.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and suppliers.
- Own and manage our recruitment platforms (TeamTailor, LinkedIn, Business of Fashion).
- Gather and share market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and employer brand perception.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to position TOTEME as an employer of choice.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in headhunting and sourcing top talent.
- Experience recruiting across international markets.
- Relevant academic degree.
- Skilled in using digital recruitment tools and platforms such as Teamtailor and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm, with a start date in mid-January 2026.
