Our interaction designers work in agile and interdisciplinary teams on websites and platforms for major brands as well as for startups. Our teams combine conceptual thinking, a sophisticated understanding of design and a deep knowledge of web and app development to develop a digital product or service with a user-centric approach. In doing so, we advise and coach our clients' teams to provide the best customer experience for their customers.

This role is advertised for our subsidiary Edenspiekermann GmbH in Stockholm.
About The Role
As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for facilitating agile processes and ensuring strong team flowwithin a design team operating in a SAFe environment.

You work closely with the Project Manager, Project Owner, other Scrum Masters, and design and engineering teams to enable efficient collaboration and reliable delivery.

Your Tasks

  • Facilitation of agile processes and team communication
  • Ensuring that team information is structured, up to date, and accurately reflected in Jira
  • Supporting the on‑time delivery of planned work
  • Identifying and removing impediments and blockers
  • Preparing and supporting PI planning activities
  • Aligning with implementation and system teams
  • Supporting the transition from design into implementation

Your profile

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe environments
  • Very strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working with design or product teams
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Structured, team‑oriented working style
  • Excellent English; German is a plus
  • Experience with complex, scaled product development or delivery programs (ideally Automotive & Mobility experience working with OEM, Tier1 or Agency/Consultancy)
  • Automotive & HMI Experience (such as Android Automotive OS, infotainment, navigation, ADAS, HMI, connected services, mobility or other future mobility services) is an advantage.
