Junior Business Controller

Over the years, we've earned the trust of organizations worldwide and gained a strong reputation internationally. Our team consists of dedicated specialists covering the entire spectrum of cybersecurity – with capabilities in Predict, Prevent, Protect, Respond, and Recover.

Today, we are around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Junior Business Controller who wants to make a difference in our finance team.

You will play an important role in the business controlling team to support our business teams with financial analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. You will contribute to understanding the financial impact of our consulting and subscription based businesses, investments in technology and R&D, and operations. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within a fast-moving and high-tech environment where financial insight directly supports strategic decision making and business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including financial results, KPIs, and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor revenue streams, customer acquisition costs, and recurring revenue metrics (ARR/MRR).
• Contribute to analyses of product and market performance, pricing, and investment cases.
• Maintain and enhance financial models and dashboards with senior controllers and data analysts.
• Collaborate with accounting to secure high data quality and timely reporting.
• Participate in projects on process automation, system improvements, and business intelligence.
• Deliver financial insights to operational teams and business units to support decision-making.

We believe you have experience from controlling, financial analysis or accounting with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Economics, Engineering, Finance or related field. You may not be a master of xls and analytical tools yet, but have the aspiration and ambition to be one. You bring an analytical and data-driven mindset, coupled with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and international environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Understanding of mixed consulting / subscription based business models.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with ERP or financial systems (Visma/Severa is plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive and takes ownership of tasks.
• Strong collaboration skills with both finance and non-finance colleagues.
• High level of integrity, structure, and precision.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
