We are looking for a creative, goal-oriented, and structured Content Producer to join our fast-growing global marketing team.

Your role will include planning and producing both video and stills content, based on defined goals and our general marketing plan. The position involves managing multiple projects in parallel and meeting set deadlines. You'll work in an energetic, humble, and highly driven team — and you'll have access to your own content studio at our headquarters in central Stockholm

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Plan and create content for our social and digital channels.
  • Document events through both photography and video.
  • Shoot photo and video for product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Develop and test new content formats and platforms, incl. AI-driven content generation.
  • Produce product assets according to established guidelines and timelines.
  • Create photo and video for PR & B2B community activations such as press days, styling evenings, education days, and salon activations.
  • Work on-site in retail environments to film and photograph retail displays and activations.
  • Continuously update content for websites, POS materials, and catalogues.
  • Analyze and identify the right content for the right audiences.
  • Drive project planning ahead of content productions.
  • Post-production/editing for both still and video content.
  • Support the wider marketing team with content guidelines.
  • Together with the marketing department, ensure our content is of the highest possible standard across every touchpoint.
  • Optimize for conversion, follow up, and analyze results.

  • Have broad competence in digital content and enjoy the full production chain — from planning to execution.
  • Be proactive and ready for ad-hoc opportunities that arise around content and marketing activities.
  • Love being behind the camera and setting the agenda for all kinds of new content.
  • Follow trends in digital and social marketing and be curious about implementing AI tools for content creation.
  • Have experience working both in a small team and independently delivering projects.
  • Understand and work towards defined KPIs.
  • Have strong drive and enjoy taking initiative.
  • Have a positive mindset and be eager to contribute and learn.

Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in media/marketing/communications or equivalent.
  • Excellent skills in photography/video/production.
  • Excellent English skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to film, edit, manage audio recording, post-produce, and create scripts, storyboards, and simple copy for content.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Photography/still imagery and retouching.

Meriting experience/skills:

  • Knowledge of MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and DALL·E 3.
  • Interest in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion.
  • Motion design (2D & 3D) and GIF production.
  • Portfolio or references to previous work/cases.

This is a full-time position, based at our Stockholm headquarters.
