About the role

This is a fixed term contract position covering a period of leave of 12 months.

Do you love podcasts, have a knack for creative storytelling and audio and video production? Then this role is for you. We are looking for a passionate Creative Producer to join our team in Stockholm. You will work within our creative team to support the Nordic team in developing and delivering engaging campaigns across podcasts and social media platforms.

This is a dream role for someone who's passionate about storytelling in both audio and video formats and who thrives on pitching, producing and building out creative concepts that excite both advertisers and creators. You will play a key role in executing innovative campaigns for brands – from the initial idea to hands-on audio and social content production.

To thrive in this role, you should always be looking for a solution, have an eye for detail, and be passionate about creating impactful advertising. You have professional experience working with audio and video production, as well as creating content for platforms such as TikTok/Instagram/Youtube.

You understand the fast-evolving media landscape and can identify both commercial opportunities and client needs. The position is based in our central Stockholm office and reports to the Creative Director, Nordics. We review applications on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

What you´ll do

As part of the Creative Team you'll work closely with the Sales Team to respond to briefs and develop campaign pitches.

Develop and produce creative ideas for podcast campaigns, including social media and audio elements, ensuring high-quality execution.

Create, edit, and produce audio content (trailers, ads, branded content) as well as short-form video for places such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Support the Creative Director in building best-in-class creative campaign materials and insights.

Participate in client meetings to pitch creative ideas.

Help position Acast Creative as the go-to hub for creative excellence in podcast and beyond.

Who you are

A team player who is curious, proactive, creative, and self-driven

Experienced in audio production (recording, editing, mixing) for podcasts, radio, or other audio formats.

Have experience in video production and editing (e.g. for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Comfortable with conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns.

Organized and analytical, with strong skills in Keynote/Google Slides,.

Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to inspire both internal teams and external partners.

Previous experience at a creative agency, production company, or digital media company is a plus.

You have relevant experience and are eager to continue growing in the field.

You are fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written).
