About the Role

Are you a digital content wizard with a flair for motion, editing and design? Then look no further We're looking for a
Junior Editor, Graphic & Motion Designer
to join our dynamic PROfeel team and help us take our content to new heights.

PROfeel
is a rapidly growing protein brand dedicated to delivering delicious and easy choices for daily protein consumption. We're at the forefront of innovation in the protein industry, leveraging Valio's R&D capabilities to create products that make a meaningful impact on consumers' lives. Following our incredible growth story in Finland, PROfeel has become its own dedicated business area within Valio - with fast-paced international expansion across Europe, the US, UK, Ireland - and beyond.

We're now looking for a creative, fast, agile and
proactive
content maker to support our global brand team in shaping scroll-stopping visuals across platforms - from TikTok to Instagram, Meta, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and edit creative assets for our
  global social media
  ,
  paid campaigns
  ,
  team and company branding
  and
  website content
  .
• Plan and produce visuals aligned with
  content calendars
  and
  campaign launches
  , bringing PROfeel's
  playful tone of voice
  to life.
• Adapt and localize
  global assets
  for key markets with fresh, on-trend visuals & on-screen texts in the local language.
• Experience with copywriting on each platform - tweaked with brand TOV
• Deliver
  motion graphics, short-form videos
  , and
  eye-catching static content
  that drive awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with
  marketing, social media, and local market teams
  to align creative execution with brand strategy.
• Stay on top of
  social trends, editing styles, AI tools and design tools
  to keep our content exciting and relevant.
• Respond to feedback and performance data -
  iterate, improve, and experiment
  .
• Manage the material bank files and make sure it's
  constantly updated
  .
• Lead merch design
  and communications during our next design round.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–3 years proven experience
  in graphic design, motion design and video editing - either in-house, agency, or freelance. This is a must.
• Strong understanding of META, TikTok and YouTube content and what makes the algorythms tick.
• Strong understanding of
  social-first content
  and digital storytelling.
• Proficiency in
  Adobe Creative Suite
  (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and
  Figma
  .
• Familiarity with
  Midjourney or AI-assisted content tools
  is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deliverables in a fast-moving environment. You need to be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
• Respond to ad-hock requests social trends or otherwise - and execute quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in
  English
  ; Swedish or Finnish is a strong plus (additional languages welcome).
• A creative mindset with courage to test, learn, and take smart creative risks.

Contract Details

• Type:
  Freelance, 12-month contract
• Start Date:
  ASAP – January 5th
• Location:
  Stockholm - ideally available to work
  2–3 days per week onsite
  at the Valio office.
• Hours:
  Approx.
  40 hours per week
• Compensation:
  Competitive junior monthly wage (to be agreed based on experience) and additional Valio benefits.
