Key Account Manager

This role is responsible for building strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges, while identifying opportunities to expand adoption of IT Security IGA solutions. Success in the position is measured by generate new business and then within client base to grow them, but also by client retention, and growth through proactive account management and the ability to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings.
What does this role entail?Understand client business objectives and challenges to identify opportunities for expanding our IT Security IGA Solutions within the client collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients receive tailored, high-quality solutions that exceed expectations. As a trusted advisor, this position plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and strengthening the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, Solution sales engineers, solution architects, and partner managers to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and exceed expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution, ensuringtimelyand effective communication with clients.
- Accountable for driving business development, shaping strategy, and achieving defined business results
- Conduct regular account reviews and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction,identifyopportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and drive customer retention.
- Providestrategic guidance and thought leadership to clients on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and IAM.
- Coordinate with sales leadership to developaccountstrategies and track progress towards sales goals.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand both the company's and the client's business,identifylong-term opportunities, and develop strategies that drive mutual growth.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability toestablishtrust and credibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able toanticipateclient needs while delivering high-value solutions.
- Extensive experience engaging and collaborating with C-level executive
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar role, preferably within an international cybersecurity environment.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)a strong plus.
- Experience selling through a network of partners a strong plus
- Proven experience engaging in and collaborating with C-level executives.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is required
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
