It might be possible remotely within Sweden, with occasional travel to physical meetings in Stockholm.

Our client is looking for an SAP Finance Project Manager to lead and drive their work within Finance and Procurement during the transformation to Next Generation SAP S/4HANA.

The right consultant has several years of experience leading business and IT transformations focused on finance and procurement, with a strong understanding of financial processes and economic models, and experience leading SAP projects, within SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA transformation. The consultant will be part of the client's team and together ensure a successful project.

Tasks and Responsibilities include:

  • Project management (budget, resource management, timeline, steering group)

  • Stakeholder management, both internal and external

  • Process development and change management

  • Leading requirements gathering

  • Communication with the business and other stakeholders

Required expertise:

  • Senior Project Manager (at least 7–8 years of experience) capable of driving projects according to a standard/generic model, combined with several years of experience leading business and IT transformations focused on finance and procurement.

  • Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies.

  • Experience in change management and business development.

  • Strong understanding of financial processes and economic models.

  • Experience leading SAP ERP projects, preferably within S/4HANA transformation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English.

  • Interest in and ability to lead specialists.

  • Strong leadership skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and a structured approach combined with solid project management experience.

  • High degree of independence, collaboration skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Ability to build trust and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.

Nice to have:

- Previous experience in process development, IT requirements management, procurement of IT systems, and project execution within the energy industry.
