We are now seeking a
Logistics Manager
with strong executional drive, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. Someone who wants to grow fast and sees logistics not as a back-office function, but as a
strategic engine for customer satisfaction and profitability
.

About the role:

You will manage and continuously improve our entire logistics and fulfilment ecosystem — from supplier pickup and inbound logistics to warehouse performance, delivery experience, and returns handling. Your mission is simple: ensure CDLP products arrive on time, in perfect condition, and with minimal friction.

You will:

  • Own day-to-day logistics operations across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail
  • Monitor warehouse performance and lead proactive issue resolution
  • Optimize delivery speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency across all markets
  • Manage returns handling in close collaboration with the Customer Care team
  • Continuously improve processes, documentation, and communication flows
  • Maintain and develop systems including
    Cin7, Ingrid
    , and other logistics tools
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Production, Buying & Planning, Finance, and Customer Care — including ownership of inbound logistics from supplier pickup
  • Track and report KPIs related to cost, warehouse performance, lead times, and delivery quality
  • Constantly seek smarter ways of operating — from negotiations to automation

This is a
hands-on role with real decision-making authority and visibility
. You will work closely with senior leadership and directly impact how the CDLP brand is experienced worldwide.

Who you are:

You combine analytical thinking with the ability to execute quickly and with high attention to detail. You enjoy solving problems before others even notice them — and take pride in making complex operations feel seamless.

We believe you have:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, or operations
  • Exposure to e-commerce and wholesale logistics in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong systems understanding — and a clear hunger to automate and improve
  • A mindset rooted in ownership, accountability, and scalable execution
  • Fluent communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus
