Digital Analyst at Sellpy

We are looking for a Digital Analyst who will take full ownership of Sellpy's digital tracking and continuously improve it with a clear focus on business goals. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for ensuring that our marketing channels have the most reliable and actionable data possible, always within the boundaries of GDPR.

You'll help us strengthen our data-driven approach to marketing spend by coming up with new ideas, developing tests, and evaluating performance across channels. By building the foundation for best-in-class tracking, you'll empower our teams to make better decisions and push Sellpy's growth forward.

In short, you will

  • Own and continuously improve Sellpy's digital tracking setup.
  • Ensure high-quality marketing data that fuels performance decisions.
  • Implement and optimize event tracking and GTM configurations.
  • Drive A/B testing across our site and CRM to improve performance.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for marketing and commercial teams.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation by proposing and testing new ideas.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience with GA4, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of BigQuery and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with technical tracking implementations (events, GTM).
  • Background in A/B testing and performance marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO.
  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Familiarity with geo-lift tests for evaluating marketing performance.

Location:
You are welcome to do all these things at our new office at Medborgarplatsen in Stockholm, and from home.

Hybrid work:
We work flexibly with a hybrid setup. During the onboarding phase, you are expected to spend more time in the office to get to know the team and the role. Over time, most roles include around 50% office presence, with some variation depending on team and tasks.
